Karen Gilman is a holistic nutritionist and the founder of www.nutrilicious.ca, she is also a workshop facilitator, recipe developer and food blogger. Dedicated to healthy eating for more than 25 years, Karen is passionate about helping others eat well and love what they eat.
Karen helps her clients manage health imbalances and has a special interest in plant-based foods. She has a wealth of knowledge about special diets, food preparation and balanced nutrition, and a shopping cart full of recipes to share. Karen believes that a nutritious diet can be easy and, just as importantly, delicious!
Karen holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from McGill University and the Diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Karen is a member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association.
